Panhandler Up! Much is being made in the hometown of Street-people.com of rules and regulations that city leaders plan to impose that will restrict panhandling. Although we detest and despise panhandlers we have stronger feeling about our freedom of speech being restricted. I don’t want to hear that some toothless man who reeks of stale body odor and Steel Reserve Beer breath needs just $2 to get across town but he has a right to ask me just as I have a right to ignore him.
