Good Morning America
"Good morning, America."
If you happened to be watching Good Morning America on Friday, September 15, you may have seen a few Street-People.com signs being waved around. GMA was in Memphis kicking off their Fall Concert Series with a performance by Justin Timberlake on Beale Street. We showed up at 4:15 a.m. and there were already a hundred or so people standing in front of the stage, though a good portion of people were still out and drinking from the night before. And of course there were a couple of street-people hanging around, asking for cigarettes, change, etc. You can't sling a dead cat in this town without hitting a homeless person...unless you're actually looking for one and then you can't find them. They're sneaky that way.

We endured rehearsal after rehearsal of the same song. At one point Justin came out for one of the rehearsals and people went batshit crazy. As the hours wore on, more and more Timberweeds showed up. Little girls were crying, crazy ass fans were yelling at people to put down their signs because they couldn't see "JT". It was insane. We did meet some nice people, did a little promotin' and gave away some merchandise, so it was worth the 4 hours of ear-agony.
